I know, I know, I’m late! Forgive me. Life has gotten in the way of me updating everyone, but it did not get in the way of putting in the work to finish the program. However, I will say that I am disappointed with the results. I am disappointed because I worked so hard. I did two workouts a day. If I had to miss a workout, I completed it the next day, but the results don’t reflect this. It is hard not to get discouraged, but I won’t. I will keep moving forward. I will do the challenge again and I will come back and let you all know how it goes then too.
Last week, I was 161.6 pounds. This week, I am 163 pounds. That’s right!!!! I gained weight. I gained 1.4 pounds. I do believe that it has something to do with my cycle being around the corner but I am disappointed nonetheless. My measurements were as follows: chest – 36″; waist – 36.5″; lower waist – 38.5″; hips 41.25″; arms – 10.5″ both; thighs 23″ both; neck – 13″. This week, my measurements are; chest – 36″; waist – 36.25“; lower waist – 39”; hips – 41“; thighs – 22“; arms; 10.5″; neck – 13.25”
The measurements kind of make up for the weight gain because I did lose in a few categories (in red) but to be honest, I thought I would lose more. I was working out twice a day, my diet was good, I don’t know what else to do to start moving the needle a little faster.

After the end of this week, I don’t see much difference but I know something is happening. Will you all chime in and tell me what you see?
